To exchange you need to send the product to us and team will send the exchanged product post the product inspection.
Our complaint resolution process is designed to ensure fast and efficient resolution. While we always aim to provide you with great customer service, we understand that there will be times when you may wish to express dissatisfaction with our products, services, staff or policies.

Do you allow exchanges?
Yes you can exchange one time. Raise an online size exchange request for a product (just once) and we will replace it for you if it meets all necessary requirement like its unused and other possible reasons.

What is the exchange process & how can I expect the exchanged product?
Below is the exchange process.
Step 1: Product Pick Up
You have to send the product to the below address and it will be reviewed at this facility for exchange policy and standards purposes.

Step 2: Product Quality Check
Once the product reaches our facility a quality check will be performed
Step 3: New Product Dispatch
The new order shall be dispatched within 2 days post a successful product inspection of the returned product. We shall also keep you updated via Email and SMS.
Once you have raised an exchange request, you will receive an email confirmation on your registered ColorCherry email ID and SMS.
Can I cancel the exchange?
The exchange order is treated as a new order, which can be cancelled by using the online cancellation facility on our website.
