To exchange you need to send the product to us and team will send the exchanged product post the product inspection.

    Do you allow exchanges?

    Yes you can exchange one time. Raise an online size exchange request for a product (just once) and we will replace it for you if it meets all necessary requirement like its unused and other possible reasons.

  • There are certain limitations to exchange. Please read further for details.
  • Size Exchange is not allowed for certain categories.
  • Size Exchange can be availed only once on a product in an order.
  • Exchange for bundled products is not allowed.
  • Infant and Innerwear products cannot be exchanged.
  • What is ColorCherry’s Exchange policy?

    ColorCherry.com offers a ’7 DAYS FREE EXCHANGE SERVICE’ - you can request for a size exchange only once.

  • Ensure that the product is returned with all the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Exchanged product shall be exchanged after a thorough quality check of the returned product(s).
  • Any product along with a free gift/combo must be returned in its entirety.
  • To know whether Exchange is available on your product, look out for "7 Days Free Return/Exchange".
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE FOR: Inner wear, Lingerie, Swimsuits, Fragrances, Bracelets, Pendants, Necklaces, Rings, Infant wear, Socks.
  • What is the exchange process & how can I expect the exchanged product?

    Below is the exchange process.

    Step 1: Product Pick Up

    You have to send the product to the below address and it will be reviewed at this facility for exchange policy and standards purposes.

    Step 2: Product Quality Check

    Once the product reaches our facility a quality check will be performed

    Step 3: New Product Dispatch

    The new order shall be dispatched within 2 days post a successful product inspection of the returned product. We shall also keep you updated via Email and SMS.


    Once you have raised an exchange request, you will receive an email confirmation on your registered ColorCherry email ID and SMS.

    Can I cancel the exchange?

    The exchange order is treated as a new order, which can be cancelled by using the online cancellation facility on our website.
